He has mostly engaged with ‘C’-level leadership with his expertise in strategy formulation, customer experience delivery, mergers & acquisitions, organizational change, operational transformation, and globalization of businesses that are driven by market forces, key trends, industry forces, and macro-economic forces, and also when they find that their strategies and business models are out-of-step with their environments.
Sajeev has engaged with his clients along all three axes of transformation including - top-down direction setting that creates focus and develops conditions for performance improvement; cross-functional core redesign of people/process/technology/capital to link activities in new ways that achieve breakthrough improvements in cost, quality and timeliness; finally, the bottoms-up, broad-based performance improvement with innovative approaches to solve problems.

Sajeev has traveled across the globe for business and pleasure and is fluent in 5 languages. He graduated with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech. - Honors) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India and then earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the American University at the Kogod College of Business Administration, in Washington, DC. Sajeev is married and lives with his family in the suburbs of Boston, MA, USA.
