Transformation Program Design Workshop
This is a 2-day Co-SPIN workshop with 2 weeks on-site preparations for the transformation program design, resulting in a transformation map. This effort will include:

Prepare for the workshop, identify stakeholders, introduce process and set expectations

Gather and analyze current state information; work with sponsor to craft a straw-model vision statement for future state.

Validate in the workshop the vision for future state, and validate the current state.

Identify opportunities on the current state.

This will be 3- 4 week engagement that culminates with the workshop. It will be at an hourly rate of $200 USD plus travel & expenses, with a mutually agreed service agreement upfront and payments made every two weeks.

This workshop will be for $11000 USD fixed fee plus travel / expenses; it will require a service agreement upfront with half payment before and rest of the payment after the end of the service.
